By downloading, installing, or using the Baska app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions governed by PT Trendcas Global Digital under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Baska. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Baska on your authorized devices.
Baska features, upgrades, and auto-renewable subscriptions are distributed strictly via the official Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
Payment billing and auto-renewals are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You agree not to reverse-engineer Baska, bypass security or license validation, use the app for illegal activities, or share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Your use of Baska is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR and the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
Baska is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. PT Trendcas Global Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app in the preceding 3 months.
