Account & Data Deletion Request
Submit a request to permanently delete your Agrosid account and associated personal data.
1. Overview of Account Deletion
At PT Trendcas Global Digital, we respect your data privacy rights in full compliance with Google Play Store User Data policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
If you choose to delete your Agrosid account, all personal identifiers, account credentials, and associated user data will be permanently removed from our active databases.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to your Agrosid account, profile history, and stored data.
2. What Data Will Be Permanently Deleted?
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data categories associated with your user ID will be permanently erased within 30 calendar days:
- User Profile Data: Full name, email address, phone number, display name, and avatar image.
- Authentication Credentials: Password hashes, OAuth tokens, and login history.
- Uploaded Media Files: Photos, task documentation images, videos, and attached documents uploaded within Agrosid features.
- Voice Notes & Messages: Audio recordings and in-app chat communications.
- Field Activity & Location History: Recorded GPS routes, attendance logs, and field activity reports tied to your user account.
3. Retention Exceptions (Statutory Compliance)
Certain limited transaction records or anonymized diagnostic data may be retained for the minimum statutory period required by law (e.g., accounting records for active subscriptions required by tax regulations).
4. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion using either of the following two options:
Option A: Direct Email Request to Support
Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject "Agrosid Account Deletion Request".
Option B: Submit Deletion Request Form
Fill out the form below to generate and send your official account deletion request directly to our data privacy team at [email protected].
5. Processing Timeline
Once your deletion request is received and account ownership is verified, your account will be disabled immediately, and all associated personal data will be purged from our servers within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
