3. Data We Collect

Account & Profile Data: Email address, user ID, display name, and phone number when registering an account.
Location Data (Precise, Coarse & Background Location): We collect precise GPS and coarse location data to enable real-time field tracking, agricultural activity monitoring, route recording, and attendance verification. Location data may be accessed when the app is open (foreground) and when minimized or closed (background) when background location permission is granted by the user.
Camera, Photos, Media & Files: Access to device camera, photo gallery, and storage to upload profile pictures, attach task/field documentation photos or videos, and download reports.
Microphone & Audio: Microphone access to record voice notes and audio messages upon user action.
Device Info & Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, Firebase push notification tokens, and anonymized crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics) to ensure app stability.
App Store Transactions: In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We receive purchase tokens for activation. We do not store credit card or bank details.

Privacy Promise: Your location data, photos, voice notes, and personal data are stored securely and processed solely to provide core features. We never sell, rent, or share data with third-party advertisers.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR & UU PDP)

We process data based on contractual necessity (providing Agrosid features, field tracking, and media processing), legitimate interests (security and stability), legal obligations, and user consent (permissions for location, camera, microphone, and notifications).

5. How We Use Data

To authenticate users and manage active Agrosid features and subscriptions.
To process location data (including background location) for field tracking, work location verification, route history, and attendance recording.
To manage photo/video uploads and voice message recordings.
To verify in-app purchases with distribution channels.
To fix bugs, deliver software updates, and optimize performance.
To respond to user support inquiries.

6. Third-Party Services & Data Security

In-app purchases are handled directly by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We use standard cloud hosting (AWS, Supabase, Google Cloud) and Google Firebase (Crashlytics & Messaging) for notifications and crash diagnostics. Data is transmitted via TLS/SSL encryption and is never shared with third-party advertising networks.

7. Permission Control & Data Security

All network traffic is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Sensitive local tokens stored on device utilize hardware encryption mechanisms such as iOS Keychain and Android Keystore. You can grant or revoke location, camera, microphone, and storage permissions at any time via your device Settings > Apps > Agrosid > Permissions.

8. Account & Data Deletion Policy

In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies, users can request full deletion of their account and data at any time by emailing [email protected] or using in-app settings. Account data, media attachments, and history will be permanently erased within 30 days.

9. Data Retention & Rights

Active account records are kept while the account is active and deleted permanently upon deletion request. Under GDPR and Indonesian UU PDP, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected].
